If you have received an arrears notice today in the mail from FirstService in regard to your balance owing on the special assessment, please note that this was automatically sent out, you should not have received this. FirstService has reassured us that the matter has been taken care of. The board would like to apologize for this mix-up.

All owners have from March 1st 2017 till September 1st 2017, to pay their portion of the special assessment without interest. After this deadline, those who have not completed payment will be notified and interest will start to accumulate.
