Happy Spring neighbours!!!
Spring is here… although at times it may seem other wise. As the weather warms up, the flowers begin to blossom, the leaves fill the bare branches, the grass becomes a vibrant green, and our complex comes alive. With the chirping of birds, the happy sounds of children playing outside in the warm, fresh air, we know it’s time to get our hands dirty and let the clean up and gardening begin because spring is in the air.
Our social committee has hosted its first movie night at the Rec center, which was a success! Thank you to those families that attended! We look forward to seeing even more of you out to our future events. Thank you to Coreen and Scott for putting together this family event. Kudos!
Please feel free to sign up to help out on one of our three committee’s, your help is always encouraged and necessary to successfully keep the complex managed and maintained.

As to our responsibility as your board of directors, we are diligently working on solutions and planning necessary work to be done in our complex. We are moving forward with researching options for the scope of work and will provide you with results to discuss when we have them.
Our Bylaws are currently being updated, which you will be informed of in a special meeting as required. There is so much to be done and time seems to never be on our side, but we can do our best with the time we are given.
The board will continue to provide you with important information as it becomes available. Thank you all so much for your time and patience as we move forward.
