First off we would like to extend a big thank you to everyone that was able to attend out AGM
January 10th, 2019!!

It is always great to have the opportunity to share our progress and get thoughts on area’s of need. Those that were not able to make it there will be other opportunities for you to join us in this upcoming year.
At this time Board roles have not been established, however we would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves:
Charmaine Francis
Chantelle Warren
Rene Ortiz
Susan Chamberlin
Amy McLeod
At the AGM it was voted that we have 7 board members, however only 5 have volunteered for the roles, we would like to take this time to welcome owners in good standing to put their name in the hat. This opportunity to join the Board will be open till February 11, 2019 as we will need to make progress on spring planning. We are looking forward to working with our community to assess needs, plan for the future and make progress on some of our exciting planned initiatives.
One of the initiatives that will be in effect shortly is our new parking plans to address some of the known short comings starting with the issuance of new Visitor parking passes please watch your mailboxes for formal communication and new Visitor parking passes from FirstService.
The Bylaws are currently under review, bylaws protect our owners and the corporation, the bylaws should be updated to meet our current needs. Organizations have bylaws because they want to maintain consistency in the running of the business. They use bylaws to communicate organizational rules so internal disputes and conflict can be avoided. Please see the attached current bylaws and the proposed red-line bylaws up for approval and special resolution documents below. We invite you to submit your questions/concerns through the Concerns tab on this website and we will be sure to review your query and follow up.
