The Bylaw portion of the evening will begin at 7pm sharp. The first portion off this meeting will cover the proposed Bylaw Update to be chaired by Robert James. Robert James has been has been tasked with the responsibility of reviewing/updating our bylaws and comes with an extensive background as an professional parliamentarian. He has updated draft that was shared with all owners as an attachment in the email/paper copy(to those with no email on file) sent out on July 4th, 2017.
The board of directors have been working to address many items on our list of important things to do, and would like to share our progress and highlights with all owners. This will be an opportunity for us to touch base and share with you our thoughts, ideas, plans, and get feedback as we move forward.
In order to keep on track and provide owners with information in a timely manner, we ask that if you have any specific concerns outside of the topics to be covered in this Town Hall: Please share them with our management agent Terry Foster at FirstService through our website 6915meadows.com. This will insure that your communication will be distributed to both Terry and the Board of Directors through our Gmail account automatically. This will allow for time to prepare and provide the proper information required pertaining to those concerns.
